Two bed / Two bath 3 level townhouse in a quiet private lake community. Climate controlled 2 stall garage for a vehicle or storage. Washer and dryer in unit. The townhouse is great, in a clean private higher-end lake community. I work nights usually 6 days a week and sleep days (8am-2pm) so I'm looking for a *mature*employed*relaxed*clean* roommate. I keep the kitchen and living room pretty clean. I've had a few bad roommates in the past so I have to mention: No permanent guests, basically live-in girlfriend/boyfriend staying over every single night, no after bar parties, or a group hangout pad . I go out Fridays for dinner and a few pints but no heavy drinkers/drunks/no heavy drugs. I'm relaxed, down to earth, quiet and respectful. I'm at work, asleep or at the gym for the most part. Townhouse is clean, very quiet and relaxed. I have all the furnishings for the place (except the room). You would just need a bedroom set. You pay a flat rate of $750 a month with no utilities. Actual rent and utilities combined is $1900 but to make it easy you pay a flat $750 a month and ill pay the rest. * * * PS I am in no rush to rent out the room until I find the right person.
