Newly renovated BASEMENT LEVEL apartment. Have to put emphasize and capitalize the words BASEMENT LEVEL because I have already had 2 people surprised that it's a basement unit. If you don't want a basement level apartment for some reason, then maybe don't message?
Everyone, always loves the apartment when they see it in person. But we need to see application, need to see pay stubs and or bank statements so we can be sure that the potential tenant can comfortably pay the rent every month. If you want to see the apartment before you put application that's fine but waste of everyones time if you can't provide proof of income (application).

Our little complex consists of 6 units. The private fenced-in back yard is shared with 5 other tenants who are friendly and rarely use the back yard. We ask our tenants to please be respectful of your neighbors and keep all public shared areas clean.

Setting up showings:
I can show the apartment any day after 6pm. I live in Philadelphia 30 minutes from the property, and I work in New Jersey, 30 minutes from the apartment so I do need to know date and time in advance so I can make my schedule for showings.
Also need potential renter to call me at least 30 minutes before arriving at the apartment at the scheduled appointment time, so I can verify you are still going to the property. If you do not call me at least 30 minutes before the appointment I will assume you are a no show and I will not go to the property. If you arrive at the apartment without calling me then you will have to wait at least 30 minutes for me to go there. Have had wayyy too many people setting up time to meet and not showing up.
