    Three story colonial built in 1912 that has been mostly restored as we started remodel of kitchen with some new Merillat cabinets, small island, new sink, copper penny tin backspash, tin crown molding, new mini fridge in wetbar/nook area that separates kitchen from formal dining room. The home features four large bedrooms on the second floor with two smaller bedrooms on the third floor. The home sits on more that an acre of property with a privacy fence in the backyard. There is a two car detached garage along with a stick built storage shed with a garage door. The oak trim has all been refinished as has the oak floors that are on the first and second floors. The oak entrance door has been restored and both this door and the door past the entryway have beveled glass. The oak double staircase is magnificent and has also been restored to its original glory.
