For those with small children, this neighborhood can't be beat. Irwin Court has several families that have lived here more than 15 years, a great annual block party, with great food and music, and nine kids under 11. With no through traffic, and neighbors who really watch out for each other, we feel comfortable opening the door and letting our children go out to play with the neighbors. Add to that, that you can walk to awesome sushi, great restaurants, and awesome butcher, and produce market, and you've got a near perfect spot.
