They have a non-commissioned lot sales team to assist in the purchasing process and do not work with outside agents. There is a one-time initiation fee of $500.00 if you are not already a member. The driveway is large enough to fit 4 cars and there is a wooden bridge connecting the yard to the road for easy golfcart access. Up the stairs onto the small porch, you enter the sliding glass door into the carpeted living room with a recliner chair and love seat that pulls out to a double bed. This park model has 2 tip outs, both which have been rebuilt to be permanently out. The tip out in the living room was completely gutted down to the studs and has some new studs, new insulation, new paneling, new ceiling, new light fixtures, switches, outlets, new floor, new trim and a new metal roof (2020). The main part of the park model had rubber roofing applied in 2021. From the living room is the kitchen with hard wood floors which has a microwave, range, full-size refrigerator with freezer and plenty of cabinet space. The roof mount ac unit is on the ceiling of the kitchen. Through the next door is the bathroom which is about 8' x 8' with plenty of cabinet space and shelving. The stand-up shower with skylight also includes a mounted shampoo and conditioner (or body wash) dispenser to help eliminate the clutter of bottles. The larger lower cabinet had an outlet and pvc drainpipe installed to accommodate a portable washer/dryer. Through the next door is the master bedroom that is around 10' x 12' and includes a large closet, a dresser and a full king size bed with memory foam mattress.
