SOLAR Panels Provide All Electricity!

Two professional F (work + law school) are looking for M or F housemate.
If you wish to speak right away, please text first and we'll call you back from the same number. If you call vs texting, your call may be lost in the volume of spam calls we get almost every day.
IMPORTANT
This is a group house for housemates who do not smoke.
No pets are allowed.
The bedrooms are furnished (you will see in the photos).
We have furnished the living room with sofa, dining table, etc., and there may be room for things you wish to bring.
RENT
Please note that this is a posting for a housemate in a shared, three-bedroom house. Please include information about yourself and your situation in your inquiry. Thank you. :)
We split the rent evenly and it comes to $1,307 each.
Rent is plus utilities. Utilities should be expected to average $75 or less per person. (It's this low because so far, the solar panels on the roof have generated more electricity than we have been able to use.)

RENT
We split the rent evenly which comes to $1,307 per person.
Rent is plus utilities. The roof is covered with solar panels and so far they have produced more electricity that we have been able to use. This leaves us with a monthly Pepco bill of about $20 in mandatory fees and taxes, and we split this. Total monthly utility expense per person can be less than $75 per person, and sometimes much less.
