I am looking for someone to take over my lease (ends Nov 14th). I will be moving out Sep 14th. I will pay off the September rent, this way new tenant doesn't have to worry about those last 14 days and save that money. You will have to start paying the rent going October 1st. You can sign another lease after that. Apartment complex doesn't really raise rent much so this place is a pretty good community to live in. Parking sticker is $20/month and you can park anywhere in the community. I have NEVER had trouble finding a parking spot. I always park right in front of my building. - Apartment is 735 sq/ft. - Pet Friendly - Laundry/Drier in the apartment. - Huge walk-in closet. - Pool - Gym - Multiple Playgrounds on property - Right off I-395 ramp. - Right next to a big shopping center with grocery store, gym, Marshals, Chipotle, barber, pizza hut and many other stores/restaurants. I loved living here but unfortunately I have to move out of town for work. Tennent is responsible for all utilities.
