Midtown Manhattan is 20 minutes away, and the Brooklyn Queens Expressway is one minute's drive from the front door. The apartments are generally small, but they are well-maintained. There is a live-in Super; large and clean laundry facilities; on-site parking (there's a waiting list) and storage lockers (also a waiting list) are available. It's a very nice Queens cooperative, and an excellent Manhattan alternative
