It offers its own private trail (great for dogs!), wood-burning fireplace, gas heating, and fitness equipment. The relaxing patio has a gas fire pit, sofa, large eating table, and 2-person hammock. The main bedroom is welcoming with a queen-size bed. The loft bedroom is currently set up as a music and craft room, but could also be used as a bedroom, gym, or office. Please note that this is a secluded area on 2.5 acres and is about an 8 minute drive behind Carmel Valley Village and into Hitchcock Canyon. The road leading to the house is private and can be a little bumpy (although no need for 4 wheel drive). Pets are allowed (no more than 2 dogs).
