The bedroom and bathroom are both on the first floor. There is a sleeping/storage loft over the kitchen. Androscoggin Lake is a calm warm-water fishery with great bass and pickerel. Bird watchers will notice nesting loons, osprey, and bald eagles. Enjoy ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter. ITS trail system nearby.
