If you are in the military, a teacher, medical professional, first responder or correctional staff, you will have the "first look" at these units. Amenities include a covered outdoor workout area, a linear walking park and the site is walkable to historic downtown Starke. Tenant applicants pay a $300 fee for admin, criminal background check and application fee. If they do not qualify for occupancy, they are refunded $250. The only other cost to move in is the first month's rent. No security deposit or last month's rent are required.
