All trash must be placed into trash bags, then placed into the bin out by the front door; loose trash found in bins is subject to a fee of $50. Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. No pets, parties, events, or smoking are allowed. Please do not wash comforters, and housekeeping will take care of this after your stay. If you require assistance to exchange a comforter, please call during business hours. Please do not wash light colors, dark colors, and whites together, and please do not wash towels with bed linens. Essentials provided per bathroom include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner (40ml each), 1 bar of soap (35g), and toilet paper. The kitchen includes a paper towel, 1 dish sponge, dishwashing liquid detergent, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. The laundry room includes laundry detergent (3-5 loads).
