IF you will need a cosigner, please inquire BEFORE filling out application To be approved, ALL the following requirements must be met: -Income 2.5 times the monthly rent -1 year in current job -Minimum Credit score of 600 -Evictions, judgments, tax liens, credit history of not paying financial obligations, and bad rental history will result in denial of application. -Cash income, under the table income or side gig income which is not included on your tax return will not be considered. -Any government assistance from outside San Bernardino County will not count towards income requirement.
