Photos with furniture are just for reference and from when we used to air bnb this space. Security deposit is double the rental amount, and can be used towards last months rent. Utilities are split with front house, we have a Sense monitor on the water and power reader that tells what percentage each house is using. We haven't had any issues with splitting utilities. Tenant Pays all utilities, must have renters insurance, must sign liability waver for pets.
