Newly renovated townhouse one block from East Falls Church (EFC) Metro. I am nearly finished completely renovating the entire townhouse including the kitchen and baths, and once completed, it will have a new kitchen with maple cabinets, granite countertops and new GE appliances plus new bathrooms. The townhouse is a three minute, one block, walk to EFC Metro and two blocks to the tennis courts, nature walk and playground at Arlington?s Tuckahoe Park.
