Renters are also required to take over control of and maintain the SimpliSafe security system for their privacy and security at the low rate of $35 per month; which includes doorbell camera, pool camera, water leak sensors, smoke/CO sensors, 1 indoor house camera (which can be disabled) and electronic door locks. Premium monitoring and other services can be added by the renter at their cost. First and Last Month Rent and Security Deposits are due with Lease Agreement. Rent is paid on the first of each month. Regardless of the move-in date, the first month rent is fully paid. It is the second month rent that is adjusted for the move in date based on a 30day month calculation.
