We have had this house for about 15 years now, and it has been a well cared for rental for 12. The tenants we have had have been wonderful and really took their time to love our house like we do, which is what we are looking for in a new tenant. Our house is a beautiful 1938 bungalow, on the top of the hill in Ravenna. There is a 500 sqft entertainment deck with views of the space needle and the olympics, which is great for viewing fireworks in the summer and then during new years eve. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with an extra office space that could be used as a small bedroom if you wish. There is a detached garage below the house which fits one car, but plenty of parking in the front of the house. A beautiful fireplace adorns the living room, and we ask that you only burn eco style or duraflame logs, as the smoke often backs up into the house. There is a washer and dryer, full kitchen with ample storage, the two upstairs bedrooms open up to the deck, as you can see in the pictures and the backyard is a great entertainment yard with a built-in fire pit and a beautiful magnolia tree in the backyard. The home also has a mature apple tree out front and an italian plum in the back, for lots of fruit summer and fall. If you have children, there would be plenty of space for them to play in the backyard, and lots of room for your doggie, if you have one. There is a strong furnace with great heat, and we will be doing a bit of work on the house during the month of January. The two french doors that are seen in the pictures are going to be replaced with new doors, there is also a new tile floor going into the downstairs bathroom, as well as leveling the floor which slopes a little. Also, the room that is painted green in the pictures is now the same cream color as the other walls. I do look forward to hearing from you. Please, no section 8 accepted. *Our second open-house is this weekend, 12/22/2018 from 12-3pm on Saturday* But please feel free to schedule a private appointment anytime. One year lease, going month-to-month after the first year. Renter pays for landscaping services and to have gutters cleaned annually (gutter paid by landlord), either on their own, or through someone we hire, all utilities including water and heat paid by tenant, no last months rent required. Tenant agrees to alert landlord of any issues that may arise with house so that repairs can be done in a timely manner. Dogs of all sizes allowed, additional deposit required, no cats accepted. A one-time $29 application fee will be charged for a background check, including eviction and felony check, and we do require at least a 680 credit score and a 3:1 income ratio- if applying with roomates, each applicant MUST have a 3:1 earnings ratio.
