I am accepting long-term lease and/or Month-to-month rental 1,950 + 1,000 security deposit with good credit. Both bedrooms have new queen beds and mattresses. I can remove the furniture as needed. There is a third 1/2 bedroom with no closet. It has a bunk bed now ,perfect for kids or guests). All rooms have new ceiling fans, including the 1/2 bedroom. There are electronic security locks and cameras outside and on the driveway . Let me know if you have any questions. The driveway enough is large enough to keep your trailer and boat. I accept short term lease agreements too. If you don't have a good credit, I might ask for more security deposit. It will depend only on your credit report. All applicants are welcome. This house has a large 6-car driveway to be shared with Unit B. Living room and 2 bedrooms with 3 new smart TVs, new washer and dryer. If you smoke, please do so on the nice patio and/or backyard. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. High speed Internet, water, trash, lawn services, pest control and decoration are all included. You will pay only for power. If you want me to remove some or ALL furniture to add yours, I can arrange that, just let me know. If you have a pet, I need some pet information before I accept & sign an agreement. There is an extra $200 pet security deposit that will be returned to you if everything is in perfect condition and there is no pet smell at the end of the lease.
