A nice porch to watch the sunrise, plenty of parking, a pleasant little fenced yard, well chosen neighbors, lot's of land, a full but small kitchen with full sized appliances, a full size bathroom with a big shower, tons of windows, evaporative cooler, gas heat and water heating, water and trash paid. Free solar electric cuts a good chunk off your monthly expenses and is good for the planet.
