Basic yard care (weed control/weed eating, continued mulching, no lawn to mow) should be maintained by tenants. Any necessary maintenance needs should be relayed to the owner immediately (if emergency such as water leak, broken window, etc.) not later than 48 hours of identified concern for non-emergency, but necessary repairs. Minor holes for picture hanging is acceptable, but holes larger than a dime should be repaired prior to vacating the property.
