There is a bathroom on the main level as well as the upstairs. There is a big back yard and only one neighbor since the house is right on the edge of a neighborhood. It's a short drive to downtown and campus. Renters pay utilities. I'd like to do an inspection every 6 months. Every time I do an inspection that will be 15% off the rent for that month.
