Private tiled furnished bedroom suite with own full bathroom and many plants. Nice tile work. Bedroom is the only one on the main level Other bedrooms are upstairs. Great mid-hillside neighborhood, close to aki trails. Stainless steel table would be handy for a small breakfast bar in the room. My daughter just moved to college and I'm working on improving it more in the next few days. This arrangement needs to be peaceful and family friendly. I'd hope to talk on the phone and see if it's worth meeting in person. We want someone who is a good communicator and generally healthy and happy.
