Sweet bungalow on a quiet one way street in Takoma, DC! The house is fully furnished and available for shorter term rentals (minimum of 30 nights). At the moment we are listing availability from April 1 - June 30, it may be available longer and might be possible to start the rental earlier. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom and a third office/bedroom with an exterior door. One bedroom has a king bed, one has two twins and the third has a queen. The house is all on one level (with a few steps down to the office), except for the laundry which is in the semi-finished basement. The yard is large, with a lovely front porch to enjoy the beautiful spring days and our friendly, quiet, family friendly neighborhood! We are just a few minutes walk to downtown Takoma Park with many cafes and restaurants, a farmers market on Sunday and a CVS. There are several grocery stores within walking distance or few minutes drive. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to Takoma Metro Station, on the red line, as well as many bus lines. The beltway is 15 minutes away. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. monthly rental price includes: water, gas, electricity and lawn mowing The house is available from April 1 - June 30 (possibility of starting earlier and potentially rent longer). We cannot rent for shorter than 30 days. Rent covers water, gas and electric as well as lawn mowing. The house has a smart TV, but internet and cable are renters responsibility. (IF there are excessively high utility bills (compared to the previous year) the renter would be responsible for a portion) Renter is responsible for general upkeep and leaving the home in the same condition as when rented. We allow pets with an additional $100/month fee. There is plenty of storage in the basement (many locals have rented our home for short term stays during renovations and have used the basement as storage!) No smoking in the house. There is plenty of free street parking.
