We are a married couple that live within easy walking distance of our three buildings, which we've owned/managed for over 7 years. Elizabeth does the repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and manages contractors. Ryan helps her out and does the finances. Elizabeth has owned and managed rental properties in other states for more than twenty years. We invest in our properties and we're always working to improve them.
You'll sign your lease at our dining room table. Our rent is reasonable and our rents stay stable. We don't raise them to crazy amounts every year. Our goal is to keep good tenants.
This unit is 1200 square-foot 3rd-floor has 7 rooms that can be arranged to fit almost any family, from an empty-nester to a young family: two main bedrooms, enclosed/heated back porch (possible bedroom), large living room (possible bedroom), bathroom, front balcony, and a kitchen that opens up into a dining room. Tenant pays for electricity, cooking gas, and cable/phone/internet. We pay for heat, water, and trash pick-up. No move-in fee, but a security deposit is collected. (If you take care of your home, we'll give it back, if you ever decide to leave us.)
Well-behaved quiet pets with updated veterinary records will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Non-refundable, $100, annual pet fee.
