Furnished room rent in a four bedroom Cottonwood Heights house. This room shares a full bathroom with two other people. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well. This house is five minutes from Big Cottonwood Canyon. All of us are in our mid to late 20s/early 30s and are skiers/snowboarders and live a pretty active lifestyle. This location has been awesome. 20-25 minutes to all the BCC/LCC resorts. Must be ok with dogs as two dogs currently live here and unfortunately I can't take in anymore dogs. The bathroom is private and won't be shared with anyone. The kitchen is large and has plenty of storage. There is a back yard fireplace and BBQ that we use a lot in the summer. Garage parking may be possible and there is plenty of storage for motorcycles and bikes in the garage. Utilities are split and are usually about $60-80 a month. Rent is month to month. Looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors and likes to interact with the rest of the house from time to time.
