Hello, My unit is now available for rent. It's semi furnished already and has a living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a nice equipped kitchen. It has been freshly painting; there is also a washer and a dryer available. I prefer one single person but the maximum amount of people would be two. It's spacious for a one bedroom with your own storage shed in the backyard and a good amount of parking. The rent is $800 a month and the deposit will be $800. That would be $1600 to move in NO EXCEPTIONS. It will stay $800 each month after that. Utilities are not included but are usually less than $100 each. That would be water, energy, and gas. Those bills are usually less than $100 for me. Nice quiet area with easy access to the New Orleans and Huey P Long Bridge. I had tenants create damages in my property by day 3. I was homeless 6 months prior to getting this duplex a couple of years ago and gave up everything; so I just want someone to take care of it as good as I do please. Can't be overly loud, this is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of retired elderly residents and would like to keep it that way and respect their space. There is a spacious shed in the backyard for extra storage and there is a lot of parking space available. Just make sure you park on the 663 side of the apartment and NOT on the 661 side please. Last thing, keep in mind this is a duplex so I live on one side of the unit and you would stay on the other side of it. It's separated by a wall so I just want to make sure we respect each other's space. Communication is always key and a must.
