Condo on the beach The condo complex is set back by Marshland. 5 minute walk to the beach. There is 3 pools, indoor walking trail and workout area. One of the pools is indoor for the cooler temps. There is a deli/general store on property. The beach is private. Our unit is an end unit and very quiet. Tours are by appt. You will need to contact me. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath villa is available 10/15/24 to 3/30/25. Laundry is on every floor but not in the villa. No pets and no smoking. All utilities are included in rent. There will be a credit check and background check. There is also a parking fee to be paid at the office for the 6 mos.
