We require our house keeper to come at least 1 time a month to change linens and clean for you, any additional cleanings you request will be accommodated but at a fee of $110 per cleaning. We will rent from 1 up to 6 months depending on the short term demands. Pets are not allowed on property as regulated by the HOA. We are also a non smoking facility but provide smoking areas out side of the buildings. We are allotted 2 parking spaces per unit which are first come first serve.
