Centrally located mid-island with close proximity to all the wonderful bike trails, restaurants, shopping, and golf Hilton Head is famous for! It's just a short 10 minute walk to the beach using the resort's private boardwalk that crosses the scenic saltwater marsh. Enjoy the abundant wildlife along the way or climb aboard the complimentary shuttle service at the boardwalk. There are elevators in each building as well as laundry facilities on each floor. The resort is a gated community with tons of amenities! It features 2 outdoor pools (closed in winter), indoor pool, hot tub, 6 tennis courts, indoor track, & fitness room, cabana bar, poolside deli, sand volley court, community grills and of course a private boardwalk to the beach! The condo was recently refreshed with new furnishings, new queen mattress, stainless steel appliances and a 55" smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). Wireless internet access and cable TV provided.
