In need of someone to take over the last 6 months of my lease at Latitude Apartments in Indianapolis, IN located on the corner of County Line Road and Combs Road. Nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to Walmart, Kroger, Costco (currently being built), and St. Francis Hospital. The Greenwood Park Mall is only about 4-5 miles down County Line Road where there are a lot of other shopping and restaurant options. I have a one bedroom and one bath 780 sq. feet apartment with a spacious living room, kitchen, nice laundry area, and balcony facing wooded area only, making it feel secluded. The apartment complex has a gym, nice pool area with a hot tub, all included in the rent. The maintenance is AWESOME as they usually come to fix your problem the same day you call. Electric is separate. Latitude Apartments are the "Winner of the Best Recreation Services in the State of Indiana 2014, and have IAA Best Overall Amenities"! Will show the apartment on the dates posted. All you will have to do is apply for the apartment (a credit check) at the leasing office to take over the lease in your name. I will not be apart of the lease after you take it over, and you will pay the apartment complex owner Edward Rose Development Company LLC (per their instruction). Nothing will change in the lease once you take it over. The current lease ends on June 30, 2016, but the monthly rate is grandfathered in at $724/month which you can keep if you wish to continue to live there after the current lease is up (all you would have to do is resign a lease). Rates did go up over the past year over $100, so this is a great deal for this apartment. I would really like to try to get someone in this apartment by mid-late January 2016 if at all possible as I am leaving for a new job. Current lease ends on 6/30/15, but you can continue on with the current rates by resigning the lease when the current is up.
