LGBTQIA+ only Located two blocks from the entrance to Amazon Park and 2 houses down from the Amazon Trail and creek. Short 7 block walk to the new YMCA. 14 blocks to the University. 8 blocks from Sundance health food store open until 11pm. Bus stop 2 minute walk. Hideaway Bakery 4 minute walk. House is available long term, but initial agreement is 6 months to assess if it's a fit for everyone, as residents of other houses on the property share the yard and land, and community collaboration is needed. If it's a fit, agreement can be extended for another 6 months. Assuming it's going great from there, we can move into an open-ended long-term space. Rent is $1,000/mo, plus $150/mo for utilities for one person or $200/mo total for utilities for 2 people. You're welcome to set up a raised bed and do some gardening if you'd like. Lots of potential for that- and not any going on at the moment. No smoking of any kind (including tobacco and cannabis) inside or outside, no vaping indoors, no storage of cannabis onsite, no loud parties. No extreme alcohol use. No hard drugs. Prefer no pets but open to trained, mature poodle mix dogs with additional deposit. No other breeds, no puppies. No cats.
