The home has 4 bedrooms with 3 of them being used as full-time bedrooms, while the 4th is an office with a full size futon that could be used for temporary sleeping for 1 adult or 2 children. Two of the bedrooms are Master Suites both with Cal King Bedrooms & En Suite Bathrooms. The third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds that could be made into a King Bed if requested. This bedroom has a hall bathroom right next door. This home was recently remodeled in 2018 and has been enjoyed by several that are in San Diego area for 30 to 90 days. The Great Room has beautiful view of Pool & Spa plus La Jolla. Large open kitchen with extra large island. Jenn-Air Double Ovens, Microwave & Refrigerator. Kitchen is stock basic kitchen tools, plates, cutlery, toaster oven, small appliances, storage items, pots & pans. Dining Room Table with 6 chairs & 4 chairs at the large island. 80" TV in Great Room with Streaming Available. Southern Master Suite also has TV with streaming available. Wifi is included and strong. Landscaping & weekly pool service included. Additional deposit required to heat hot tub & pool. This property is just 7 miles to the Beach and Del Mar Race Track, it is also walking distance to the Village and the Rancho Santa Fe Inn & Spa! Really great location to get all over San Diego! Pool & Hot Tub heating are an additional fee. Please inquire on the charges to heat the pool or hot tub during your stay. **Please note that we do only accept a Minimum of 30 and Max of 90 day stay. The owner of the property does occupy it as well throughout the year and not looking for a long term lease currently or to sell. This home will be booked on the direct booking site of TVL Homes, all payments are due prior to check-in. Pets are welcome with additional fee. This is a short term rental available for a minimum of 30 day stay to max 90 days. There is a $200 pet fee per pet per 30 days plus additional $1000 refundable deposit. This is refundable deposit within 14 days of check-out if no damages or additional cleaning needed. Cleaning Charge of $500 due at check-in. This covers for cleaning at check-out only. This home is set up for a max of 4 guests/occupants. To reserve the home 50% of the stay price due along with cleaning & possible pet deposit are due if stay is more then 60 days out .If booking stay with us less then 60 days out the full amount is due before check-in. Pool & Hot Tub heating are an additional fee, if you would like to heat the pool or use the hot tub during the stay please inquire for the additional charges.
