Once determined by a plumber, any plumbing issues such as hair clogging or unnecessary matter in pipes will be charged to the tenant. Tenant will receive 1 set of keys for the security gate, front door, patio door, back gate and mailbox. Tenant will have to purchase any additional keys for the property. While renting property, Tenant must use care when handling cabinets, door, toilets, flooring and carpet as all has been checked by homeowner at the end for lease. Tenant accepts ALL financial responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to any person or personal property belonging to you caused by theft, vandalism, fire, smoke, water or pipe leaks or any acts of Mother Nature. Owner assume NO liability for such loss. Tenant should be respectful of all neighbors. Property includes 2 carport parking spaces. Tenant is not to park in driveway, park in any other space outside of rental unit or block other tenants property or parking spaces.
