The house has a 2 car driveway, decent size yard, washer and dryer and AC + ceiling fan in your room. House is a 3 min walk to the beach. Rent is $1250 + deposit. Looking for someone who can commit to at least 4 months of rental. About us: 2 females in their early 30s. We keep the space clean. We have a laid back vibe. We stay active with going to the beach a lot / surfing. I have a 4 year old son who lives with me, he's super easy going and is in school full time. You: We would prefer a female but would be open to a male. Ideally you would work outside of the house and be active and must have a positive vibe. * would consider a couple but the rent would be significantly higher.
