The details: Our newly built modern guest house features 9 foot ceilings with recessed lighting throughout the dwelling. You get a spacious and airy feeling above and a modern feeling from the polished concrete underfoot. The 800 square foot dwelling is efficient and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is appointed with full sized appliances and stocked with everything you'd need to whip up a gourmet meal. We've added a few extras such as a Nespresso coffee maker, Ninja Power Mixer System, Toshiba microwave/airfryer to name a few. Dining table offers expandable comfortable seating for 2-4 people. Stream your favorite show or listen to your new playlist in the living area. Step out of the large sliding glass doors and enjoy the view of the McDowell Mountain Range from the patio. The bathroom offers an oversized shower with a skylight. Natural lighting is the best. Black matte fixtures give a modern feel to the sleek and simple bathroom. Steps away is master bedroom.
