The 2nd bedroom sits on the opposite side of the house, near the laundry area and 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom was being used as an office and storage. The exterior features a covered front and back porch. Porch furniture is included. There is also a Juliet style side porch for your green thumb. The rental also includes an outdoor shed and privacy fence with 2 entrances.. Rent is $1,525/ mo and it includes Water, Water Softener, Quarterly Pest Control as well as monthly Mosquito Control (April-September). (no more than 2). Up to date on vaccines and rabies. 8. No Cats. No exceptions. 9. Absolutely NO SMOKING. Anywhere on the property. 10. No illegal drugs on the premises. Be mindful of scams. We only rent to people that we physically meet and we will NEVER ask for money from you unless a lease is in place and we will do it in person for a security deposit/1st month's rent.
