We have a spacious and cozy finished basement room in a shared house. The room has a lot of privacy as it is the only bedroom in the basement and is super close to the basement bathroom. No smoking cigarettes/tobacco inside the house at all. 420 use is fine in moderation. The biggest thing we ask is that you are tidy and clean up after yourself. Please be considerate, kind and helpful. The housemates all have different schedules and jobs but are all super friendly and welcoming. Off street parking is provided. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis and up to the housemates.
