Beautiful place in the middle of Joshua, just about 15 minutes away from shopping centers. This gorgeous house offers 2 bedrooms downstairs. One being the master bedroom with its own private bathroom while the other has its own fireplace. There is a 0.5 restroom in the living room. The kitchen has its very own island with lots of cabinets and spaces to cook. it contains a refrigerator and it is also attached to a dining room. This house does come fully furnished with its own tvs, dressers, beds, and mattresses. This is a great place to be for those who are needing to save up more money and/or don't have the luxury to afford their own things at the moment for their start up independence. Only the first floor is being rented and it does have its own entrance and privacy. No one from the 2nd floor would be allowed to enter. The 1st and 2nd floor are separated by a wall and each have their own entry. The parking space is shared with the upstairs tenant. There is also a laundry room inside the house which will only be for your own use. Elementary school is amazing as well You can bring pets if you want but they are not allowed inside the house. They will need to stay outside. There are animals in the backyard behind fences so they should not disturb your life. No smoking allowed and no loud music after 8pm out of respect for the tenants upstairs. We will only be charging for gas, water, and electricity once it goes over the limit given. you will have a budget of $200 for electricity and gas, and a budget of $100 for water.
