Dog wash, car wash. Really nice community. Immaculate inside. This is a LEASE TAKEOVER. Current lease goes until the end of August, and is $300 under market value. Take my lease over @ $1369 base for 6 months instead of market asking price of $1659, with more 30 sq. feet! That saves you $1800 over the six months! There is a monthly $110 fee for Spectrum internet and cable, and $35 for rubbish valet service. Utilities for water and sewage run around 40 a month. I usually come in at $1535 for everything at the end of the month.
