Parking will be on driveway. Utilities- water, sewage/garbage, gas, and electric are included, internet is not. We are accepting applications. Main utilities- water, sewage, electric, and gas are included. Internet not included. Absolutely no smoking or vaping on or in the property. The renter will be responsible for weeding/maintaining the side yard by the entrance to the apartment as well as snow removal on tenants side of driveway. No pets.
