Located just 10 minutes from Yokes Fresh Market and a minute from Indian Trail Elementary School, it's a prime, convenient spot. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. The rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis, with rent due on the first of each month and a security deposit that is fully refundable if the room is in good condition upon moving out.
