Ours is a quaint cottage, lots of natural sun, two bedrooms with a third sitting room that we use as a third bedroom when needed. The sunroom with fireplace is one of our family’s favorite rooms. There are two smaller decks for outdoor cooking and meals, and a useable front porch to relax and watch the sunset. There is a large laundry room and closet off the back door. The garage is two car, with a large shed attached to back that is perfect for storing summer furniture, summer toys during the winter. We just installed central air to handle those warm summer nights.
