    What's special

City of Atlanta Short Term Rental License STRL-2023-00019 Date Issued: January 11, 2023 Expiration Date: January 11, 2024 FULLY FURNISHED SHORT TERM RENTAL w/ ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED AND FLEXIBLE LEASE TERMS - Walking distance from the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, experience the vibes of a by-gone era in this eclectic shanty designed in a quirky mix of Boho and mid-century decor mixed with preserved antique features. It's located in between not two but THREE of the trendiest neighborhoods in Atlanta. This is where the locals live and the place does not pretend to be a five-star hotel. Instead, it's intended to be just as much of a destination as the city itself. The neighborhood once housed blue collar workers of the Fulton Cotton Mill (now transformed into lofts and known as The Stacks) and has since been completely rejuvenated. Our little nook of Grant Park closely borders both Cabbagetown and Reynoldstown and has become one of the most sought after areas in Intown Atlanta for locals and travelers alike. The Sunshine Shanty is less than a quarter mile away from the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, a path tucked away from the busy city streets that connects all of the Intown neighborhoods. It's lined with local shops, sweet hangout spots and killer restaurants. Reynoldstown is now also home to the Atlanta Dairies music venue and you can walk there from The Sunshine Shanty. If you're looking to live like a local, this is definitely the spot to do it. The Sunshine Shanty has plentiful street parking and Atlanta is a drivable city. We also have both Uber and Lyft. For green yet motorized forms of transportation you'll find Veo bikes and Bird scooters in plentitude around the Beltline. Atlanta is also quite bike-able (just beware of the hills, heat and humidity). You can bring bikes and there's space to lock them up on the front porch of the shanty mostly hidden away from street view. If you prefer to rent a bike, we're a mile and a half away from Atlanta Bicycle Barn - they do both rentals and sales, plus it's accessible by both car and the Beltline. Fully furnished with flexible lease terms. All utilities are included - electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, and smart TVs.
