Level 1 EV charging available. Second bed is loft above kitchen. Available for a 3, 6, or 9 month lease. First month's rent and security deposit of $2200 due at time of signing. Utilities including high-speed internet are a flat rate of $175 extra per month. Non-refundable $100 pet fee per pet. We do not charge an application fee, but prospective tenants must pass background/credit checks and provide proof of employment.
