The home is large, but only 3 bedrooms will be made available (the others closed off but no other tenants so this will be an private arrangement). Also 2 bathrooms will be available, kitchen, living room, basement game room, theater room, and sprawling yard. $500 monthly utility will cover all utilities (AC, water, internet, gas, trash, etc.) and weekly yard maintenance service so no need to sign up for new utility service as we'll handle. 5 minutes away from Costco, Walmart and tons of great restaurants. If you're looking for a temporary situation to while seeking a more permanent one this may work for you.
