It gets beautiful natural light and includes a mini split for both heating and air conditioning, a comfortable full-size bed, a cozy sitting area, and a nicely sized closet with plenty of storage. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, sink, countertop, toaster oven, and electric burner everything you need for independent living. I've curated the entire space to be comfortable and welcoming. There's also a small outdoor seating area right outside your door perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. Utilities are included. Looking for a clean, quiet, respectful tenant who appreciates a private, peaceful space. The lease is for one person. With no animals. Basic utilities are included.
