My living room and dinning room areas are not intended to be shared spaces but are open for use if I'm not around. My pets are respectful and will not encroach upon your space, unless you're lonely and need a good snuggle. I am clean and keep up with my chores. Brand new washer and dryer can be reserved one day a week with prior notice. My daughter is 12 and very mature and respectful. We've had one long term and two short term tenants share our space with us. All of our tenants have become close friends and would speak highly of their time spent at our property.
