I'm the owner so there are no companies to slow any repairs or go cheap on replacements. Water heater was replaced with a 50-gallon premium Rheem Smart water heater on March 8, 2025. Flooring was replaced with a premium Pergo Paradise 12mm laminate in March 2025 Kitchen and bath countertops and fixtures were replaced with solid surface countertops in December '24. The bathroom sinks are vessel sinks. The entire interior and garage will be repainted in November of 2025 Refrigerator was replaced in August of '22. The range was replaced in July of '20 The dishwasher was upgraded to a super quiet premium GE unit in July 2019. Heat/AC system was upgraded to a premium Trane system in December of '18. While the house will be rented unfurnished, the attached pictures show the interior as furnished by the current residents. Dogs and lawn maintenance can be easily included in the lease. Please don't hesitate to give me a call with any questions. The lease is pretty standard stuff. First, last and one month's security deposit up front. No smoking. Rent includes water and garbage service. A pet addendum can easily be added so you can bring the pups. Yard maintenance can be negotiated into the lease if you'd like. To save your time and money, please have a credit score of 730 or better. This is negotiable but not much. The landlord does *-NOT-* maintain insurance to cover your possessions. Please obtain rental insurance to cover your possessions.
