Two bedroom house on Schoodic Lake. Located at 68 Knights Landing Road in Lake View. Direct access to ATV and Snowmobile trails. We are second to last house on dead end, private road. Currently move in ready, includes furniture (we could clean out for the right person if needed). Includes use of summer bunk house for guests (has electric, wifi reaches, TV and a fridge, sleeps 5, will add interior photos soon). Monthly rent includes heat, internet and curbside trash pickup. We will pay the road dues and to have the 2800 max pound boat lift and dock put in/out annually. You pay electric and plowing/mowing. We do have a push mower and grill available to use, as well as 3 kayaks. Rent is $2200/month with 1 year lease. First month and security due to move in. Message me if interested!
