Make your stay a stress free experience by following our house rules: - Check-in time starts at 4PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. - Dispose of food waste in the trash and limit the use of the garbage disposal. The house uses a septic tank, which cannot handle food waste and overuse may shorten its lifespan. We have 2 large trash cans under the front porch for waste. If you're staying long-term, trash will be collected weekly. - Outdoor cushions should be returned to their designated spots after use. - To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. No illegal substances or discharging of firearms are allowed on the property. - Before departure, please gather all dirty linens and place them in the designated basket. Anything left out will be considered clean. - The nearest grocery store (Martin's) is just a 7-minute drive away, should you need to restock. - A First Aid kit and bug spray are available in the closet by the front entrance.
